Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of litindustries.shop (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Lost In Time Industries LLC (“Lost In Time Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Site or make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products, Site, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You may not transmit malicious code, interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to access restricted systems, or violate the rights of Lost In Time Industries or another party.
2. Products and Services
Lost In Time Industries designs and manufactures specialty accessories, wall mounts, cup holders, brackets, organizers, and related products.
Many of our products are manufactured through additive manufacturing. Minor variations in layer lines, surface texture, shade, dimensions, or finish are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, materials, production batches, and the display settings of your device.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We may limit the sale of products to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
3. Product Compatibility
Products advertised as “compatible with,” “fits,” or “designed for” a particular brand or model are intended only for the specific models identified in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for confirming the complete model number of their equipment before ordering. Similar-looking products from the same manufacturer may have different measurements, mounting points, or configurations.
Unless expressly stated, Lost In Time Industries products are independently designed aftermarket accessories and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by the original equipment manufacturers mentioned in our listings. All third-party brand names, trademarks, and model numbers belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
4. Installation and Product Use
Customers are responsible for reading and following all installation instructions, product warnings, weight limitations, and usage recommendations supplied with a product or displayed on its listing.
Before installation or use, verify that:
- The product is compatible with the intended equipment.
- The mounting surface and selected hardware are appropriate.
- The product is installed securely.
- The product and mounting hardware show no damage or excessive wear.
Products should be inspected periodically and discontinued from use if they become cracked, loose, damaged, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.
Wall-mounted products must be installed into a suitable surface using appropriate hardware. Included anchors or fasteners may not be suitable for every wall type. When uncertain, consult a qualified installer.
Do not use a product for a purpose, load, or item other than the use described in its listing. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, product availability, resale activity, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion.
Please review your product selection, model compatibility, color, quantity, billing information, and shipping address before submitting an order.
6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment is due when an order is placed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. International customers, when international shipping is available, are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, shipping charges, tracking, address corrections, delivery estimates, damaged shipments, and missing packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Risk of loss and legal title transfer as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations, and damaged or defective products are governed by our Refund Policy.
Products made or modified according to customer-provided measurements, specifications, colors, or other personalized instructions may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.
Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws are not affected.
9. Custom Products
Customers requesting a custom product are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements, model numbers, photographs, specifications, and other requested information.
We may provide drawings, measurements, renderings, prototypes, or descriptions for customer approval. Approval authorizes us to manufacture the product according to the approved design.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the purchase of a custom product does not transfer ownership of our underlying designs, CAD files, manufacturing methods, prototypes, or intellectual property.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including product designs, CAD designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, text, instructions, packaging, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Lost In Time Industries and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, create unauthorized derivative products from, or commercially exploit our Site content or proprietary product designs without prior written permission.
11. Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another party’s rights.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content you voluntarily submit for reviewing, customer service, and reasonable promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to our products or services.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or use services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate this Site but is not the seller of products purchased directly from Lost In Time Industries.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Products are covered only by warranties expressly stated in their listings or provided in writing. We do not disclaim warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lost In Time Industries LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Site or our products.
Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability arising from a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lost In Time Industries LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or misuse or unauthorized modification of a product.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action relating to these Terms or a purchase from Lost In Time Industries will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Louisiana, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms displayed on a product page or during checkout, constitute the agreement between you and Lost In Time Industries concerning use of the Site and product purchases.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. The effective date at the top of this policy identifies the latest revision.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
